Tech4ED – Digital Transformation Center Cordillera is a digital learning and community technology facility of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) serving Baguio City and the wider Cordillera community. The center supports digital inclusion through ICT training, digital literacy programs, e-government services, and initiatives that help individuals, entrepreneurs, students, and other community members develop practical digital skills.
Located at the historic Baguio Post Office Loop along Upper Session Road, the center also provides free internet connectivity, co-working space, and device charging facilities. Its programs extend to areas such as digital marketing, cybersecurity awareness, AI, entrepreneurship, programming, and MSME digitalization. Recent activities have included digital literacy programs for senior citizens and workshops helping local MSMEs use digital platforms, improve products, and adopt safer online practices.
