This partnership aims to elevate the local coffee industry by showcasing "Philippine Specialty Coffee" to both enthusiasts and professionals. The cafe serves as a practical stage for the academy's expertise, often hosting coffee workshops, cupping sessions, and training for aspiring baristas and cafe owners, making it a central point for Baguio’s growing third-wave coffee community.
