The Department of Information and Communications Technology – Cordillera Administrative Region (DICT-CAR) is the regional office of the national government agency responsible for advancing information and communications technology development in the Cordillera. It works with government agencies, local government units, businesses, schools, and communities to expand digital connectivity, improve ICT capabilities, and promote technology adoption across the region. Recent initiatives have included digital literacy, innovation, cybersecurity, smart and sustainable communities, and technology adoption programs in partnership with other regional agencies.
