TESDA-Cordillera Administrative Region

TESDA-Cordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR) is the regional arm of the Philippine government’s Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, responsible for coordinating, administering, and promoting technical–vocational education and training (TVET) programs across the Cordillera Administrative Region. The office works with training institutions, industry partners, and local communities to expand access to skills training, assess and certify competencies, and implement livelihood and workforce development initiatives. Through competency-based training, certification programs, and targeted workforce interventions, TESDA-CAR supports learners, workers, and enterprises in gaining relevant skills that enhance employability, productivity, and economic participation at both local and national levels.
