Founded by John Nassr, the restaurant was named after his vision of a "flying saucer" that resembled a pizza, leading to the brand's iconic winged-pizza logo. Today, it is celebrated as a "Baguio pride" establishment that maintains a simple mission: to serve high-quality, unpretentious food at affordable prices. Its flagship branch on Session Road is particularly beloved for its vintage movie-house lobby atmosphere, offering a cozy retreat where diners can watch the bustle of the city through wide glass windows.
