Established in 1972 by Leonarda “Narda” Capuyan, Narda’s Handwoven Arts and Crafts is a pioneering textile enterprise in Baguio City dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Cordillera weaving. The business produces handwoven ikat fabrics, scarves, garments, bags, and home décor using indigenous techniques and locally inspired patterns. Beyond retail, Narda’s supports community livelihood by training and employing local artisans, helping sustain the region’s rich textile heritage while adapting designs for contemporary markets.
