The Cordillera Peoples Alliance (CPA) is a non-stock, non-profit federation of grassroots indigenous peoples’ and sectoral organizations across the Cordillera region of the Philippines, with an urban chapter in Baguio City. Founded in 1984 to promote and defend indigenous peoples’ rights, human rights, and social justice, CPA carries out sustained advocacy, education, organizing, and campaigns on issues such as ancestral land rights, cultural integrity, and social welfare. Through its chapters and member organizations, the alliance engages in community education, training, research, and solidarity initiatives to empower indigenous communities and uphold their rights and dignity.
