The Center for Development Programs in the Cordillera (CDPC) is a non‑governmental development consortium founded in 1986 and based in Baguio City, Philippines. It brings together multiple development NGOs in the Cordillera region to support indigenous peoples’ right to self‑determination, promote socio‑economic self‑reliance, and protect ancestral lands and natural resources. CDPC’s work combines advocacy, community organizing, sustainable livelihood initiatives, environmental stewardship, and capacity building to improve living conditions for marginalized communities in the Cordillera.
