Benguet Electric Cooperative, Inc., commonly known as BENECO, is the primary electric utility serving Baguio City and most of Benguet province. Established to support regional development, the cooperative supplies power to residential, commercial, and institutional consumers throughout the highlands.
BENECO plays a vital role in everyday life by maintaining electrical infrastructure, responding to outages, and implementing system upgrades to improve reliability and coverage. As a member owned cooperative, it works closely with local government units and communities to deliver essential energy services while supporting economic growth in Northern Luzon.
