TARAKI-CAR (Technological Consortium for Awareness, Readiness, and Advancement of Knowledge in Innovation) is a multi-sector consortium that promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology development in the Cordillera Administrative Region. The initiative brings together universities, government agencies, technology business incubators, and industry partners to support startups and MSMEs through training programs, mentorship, and collaborative projects. It works closely with organizations such as the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and local academic institutions to strengthen the regional startup ecosystem and innovation capacity
