Nest Coffee Roasters is the spiritual successor to the well-loved and now-closed Cafe Yagam. After the original cafe closed its physical location in 2020, it pivoted to become this specialized coffee stand within the industrial-themed Calle Uno co-working space. The cafe is celebrated for its commitment to "slow coffee," exclusively serving handcrafted, manual brews that highlight the distinct flavor profiles of high-grade Arabica sourced from local farms in Benguet, Ifugao, and Kalinga. Its clean, white facade stands out against the red-brick and dark-wood interior of the food hub, creating a modern yet nostalgic atmosphere.
