The UP Organization of Novo Ecijanos (UPNE) is a varsitarian student organization established for students from the province of Nueva Ecija enrolled in the University of the Philippines system. Founded in 1993 (at University of the Philippines Los Baños), the group serves as a community for Novo Ecijano students, supporting their academic, social, and personal development while fostering camaraderie, shared cultural identity, and mutual support.
