The City Health Services Office (CHSO) serves as the backbone of Baguio’s local healthcare system. Its mission is to ensure that all residents, especially the marginalized, have access to high-quality, preventive, and curative health services. The CHSO oversees 16 district health centers across the city, providing frontline medical care, maternal and child health services, and various national health program implementations at the barangay level.
