Benguet State University (BSU) is a public state university located in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, with satellite campuses in Buguias and Bokod. Originally founded in 1916 as the La Trinidad Farm School and later becoming a chartered university in 1986, BSU has grown into a comprehensive higher education institution offering undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs across fields such as agriculture, forestry, teacher education, natural sciences, nutrition and dietetics, and more. It is recognized for its academic excellence, research, extension services, and sustainable development initiatives, and has been acknowledged as a Center of Excellence and Center of Development in several disciplines.
